This blog has no sign-up or login feature and does not collect any personal information you enter directly (commenting is the one exception, described below). However, the following services automatically collect some information.

Information We Collect

  • Google Analytics (GA4): Collects pages visited, device/browser information, and an approximate location (based on IP), via cookies.
  • Google AdSense: May use cookies to collect browsing history for ad serving and personalization.
  • Cloudflare (CDN/Security): This blog is served through Cloudflare, which processes connection information such as your IP address for caching and security purposes (e.g., DDoS protection).
  • Giscus Comments (GitHub-based): The comment feature uses Giscus, which is built on GitHub Discussions. To leave a comment you must sign in with a GitHub account; your comment and GitHub profile info (username, avatar) are stored publicly in this blog’s GitHub repository Discussions, not on this blog’s own servers. If you don’t comment, none of this information is collected.

  • Traffic analysis and content improvement
  • Ad serving and revenue
  • Site performance and security (defense against malicious traffic such as DDoS)

Third-Party Sharing

The collected information is processed by Google and Cloudflare; this blog’s operator does not separately store it or share it with any other third party. See each service’s own policy for details.

Opting Out

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalized ads via Google Ads Settings.
